  1. Select the text that you want to copy.
  2. You must decide whether to copy just the text in the cell, or both the text and the cell formatting. For an explanation of these options, see the "Frequently Asked Questions" section below.

  3. Click on Edit : Copy
  4. Click in the cell in which you want to paste the text.
  5. Click on Edit : Paste or Paste Cells.
